Sugarrush Sweater is a cropped letter loose model. The pattern is knitted from the top down, which allows you to adjust the length of both the body and the sleeves as you go, as well as add more, or less, stripes to suit your preference. You furthermore have the choice between knitting the model with i-cord edges or double rib knit edges. I have chosen to increase the height of the neck for a better fit by using German short rows (turn). While doing this, you are going to simultaneously knit increases on both the right side and the wrong side. When you have knitted all the increases, the sleeve stitches are placed on hold while you knit the body. When the body is done, your proceed by placing the sleeve stitches back on your circular needle and knit each sleeve separately. The stripes are created by replacing the strand of merino wool with one of the alternatives listed above.
