Marshmallow Sweater - Kids (english)

Marshmallow Sweater is a fluffy, oversize knit, with big beautiful ruffles in seed stitch. The pattern is knitted from the top down, which allows you to adjust the length of both the body and the sleeves as you go. I have chosen to increase the height of the neck for a better fit by using German short rows (turn). While doing this, you are going to simultaneously knit increases on both the right side and the wrong side. When you have knitted all the increases, the sleeve stitches are placed on hold while you knit the body. When the body is done, your proceed by placing the sleeve stitches back on your circular needle and knit each sleeve separately. While knitting the sleeves, you are going to knit purl knit edges where you will later gather stitches to place your ruffles. The ruffle is done by picking up stitches along a purl edge on the sleeve and worked in the round.

Including a positive ease of 15-20 cm.

Circular needles size 6, 7 and 8 mm
